Lightweight, zero-dependency Ruby library for parsing the Accept-Language HTTP header. Implements RFC 4647 Basic Filtering to match user language preferences against available locales. Supports quality values, wildcards, exclusions, prefix matching, and BCP 47 tags.

Counter caches for Rails computed from any block, such as conditional counts or sums, kept up to date by callbacks on any number of models and stored in a column, a shared counters table or your cache store. Recounts run after commit, so concurrent saves can't leave a stale value.
