Code for the Nature Scientific Reports paper "Pathologist-level classification of histologic patterns on resected lung adenocarcinoma slides with deep neural networks." A sliding window framework for classification of high resolution whole-slide images, often microscopy or histopathology images.
A simple script for fracturing polygons. Also adds nice helper functions for polygons like calculateArea, triangulate, getRandomPointsInPolygon, getBoundingRect)
Pathology Language and Image Pre-Training (PLIP) is the first vision and language foundation model for Pathology AI (Nature Medicine). PLIP is a large-scale pre-trained model that can be used to extract visual and language features from pathology images and text description. The model is a fine-tuned version of the original CLIP model.
MOGONET (Multi-Omics Graph cOnvolutional NETworks) is a novel multi-omics data integrative analysis framework for classification tasks in biomedical applications.
Deciphering cell-cell communication from spatially resolved transcriptomic data at single-cell resolution with subgraph-based attentional graph neural network
Tasks Assessing Protein Embeddings (TAPE), a set of five biologically relevant semi-supervised learning tasks spread across different domains of protein biology.
RBDL is a C++ library that contains some essential and efficient rigid body dynamics algorithms such as the Articulated Body Algorithm (ABA) for forward dynamics, Recursive Newton-Euler Algorithm (RNEA) for inverse dynamics, the Composite Rigid Body Algorithm (CRBA) for the efficient computation of the joint space inertia matrix and is also able to compute forward dynamics with external contact constraints and collision impulses. Furthermore it has some basic support for forward and inverse kinematics.
A C++14-compatible physical units library with no dependencies and a single-file delivery option. Emphasis on safety, accessibility, performance, and developer experience.
